11ccc Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at 11ccc (available at 11ccc.net), access the platform, or carry out any transaction — deposit, bet, withdrawal, or participation in promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and 11ccc. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the platform.

The 11ccc reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such communication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility and Registration

Use of the platform 11ccc is available exclusively to:

• Individuals with 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Brazilian residents with a valid CPF;
• Individuals who have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002);
• Individuals who are not prohibited from using betting services by any judicial or regulatory ruling.

Use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. The 11ccc uses age verification (KYC) processes and may request supporting documents at any time. Accounts created by minors will be closed immediately, and any existing balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3User Account

Each user may hold only one active account on 11ccc. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or using different details to circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

At the time of registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID;
• A valid CPF belonging to the user themselves;
• Actual date of birth;
• An active email address used exclusively by the user;
• A valid mobile phone number.

The user is responsible for keeping their password secure and for all access to their account. The 11ccc is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence with their credentials. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must contact support immediately.

The 11ccc may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH) and a recent proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of the account's withdrawal functionality.

4Deposits

The 11ccc accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL (R$):

• Pix — instant, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — cleared within up to 1 business hour after payment;
• Credit or debit card — processed within a few minutes;
• PicPay — instant processing;
• Mercado Pago — instant processing;
• TED Transfer — available through major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum limit, but high-value transactions may be subject to additional security and compliance checks.

Deposited funds become available for betting immediately upon payment confirmation. The 11ccc does not charge fees on deposits, but users should check whether their bank or digital wallet applies any charges when sending funds.

5Sports Betting

The 11ccc offers betting markets across a wide range of sports and competitions, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB, UFC, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, Free Fire), and more. The available events schedule may vary without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00;
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet — any fluctuations prior to confirmation do not affect bets that have already been placed;
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the platform are final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the Cash Out feature is available and active for that specific event;
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets will be fully refunded to the available balance;
• For postponed events rescheduled within 48 hours of the original date, bets may be kept at the discretion of 11ccc;
• Obvious odds errors (odds clearly outside market standards due to technical or human error) will be voided, with a full refund issued to the user;
• The 11ccc reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event, market, or user, at any time and without the need for justification.

Live betting follows the same rules as pre-match betting, with the addition that markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments (goals, penalties, red cards, stoppages) until odds are updated.

6Casino & Slots

The casino games available at 11ccc — slots, progressive jackpot, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and others — are provided by internationally certified suppliers. The RNG (Random Number Generator) used in each game is audited by independent laboratories to ensure randomness and fairness.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available in the game's information section before the session begins. RTP is a theoretical percentage calculated over a large number of rounds — individual results in short sessions may differ significantly.

The following conditions apply specifically to casino games:

• Progressive jackpots are triggered according to the specific rules of each game, available on the slots information screen;
• Free spins awarded as bonuses have a pre-set bet value, and winnings may be subject to rollover requirements;
• The 11ccc is not liable for connection failures on the user's end that result in loss of session or in-play balance — in the event of a verified platform system failure, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded;
• Attempts to exploit technical glitches or bugs in games for unfair advantage will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

7Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00;
• Withdrawals can be made via Pix (processed in under 2 minutes in most cases) or TED bank transfer to accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks;
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys registered in the name of the account holder at 11ccc — transfers to third parties are not permitted;
• Bonus balances are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn — please refer to the specific promotion's terms and conditions;
• The 11ccc may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for high-value withdrawals or where there are signs of suspicious activity;
• Withdrawals requested outside banking compensation hours (for TED transfers) will be processed on the next business day.

The 11ccc does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the user's bank upon receiving a TED transfer are the user's responsibility.

8Bonuses & Promotions

The 11ccc periodically offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, which take precedence over the general rules in this section in the event of any conflict.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement (the wagering volume required before withdrawal) that must be met within the offer's validity period;
• Each user is entitled to each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated;
• Only one promotion may be active per account at a time, unless otherwise stated;
• The maximum amount of bonus funds convertible to withdrawable balance may be capped — please check the terms of each offer;
• The 11ccc may cancel bonuses and bonus-derived balances in cases of: creating multiple accounts, using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions, placing bets across multiple outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit regardless of the result (arbitrage), or any other conduct constituting promotional abuse.

The 11ccc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform 11ccc the following conduct, without prejudice to other actions provided for in this document or under applicable law:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or per user;
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration or any verification process;
• Using another person's account or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Placing bets with the intent of exploiting technical errors, incorrect odds, or any platform malfunction in a deliberate manner;
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other tool to automate bets or interactions with the platform;
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to guarantee a positive outcome regardless of the event result (arbitrage);
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or compromise the security of the system;
• Depositing funds from payment methods not held in the user's own name.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

10Account Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through live chat support or by emailing contato@11ccc.net. Any available balance (excluding unconverted bonus balance) will be withdrawn to the account holder's bank account prior to closure.

The 11ccc may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following cases:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illicit activity;
• Submission of false documents during the identity verification process;
• Accounts opened by users under 18 years of age;
• Request by the relevant regulatory authority or a competent judicial authority;
• Extended account inactivity, as defined by internal criteria communicated to the user in advance.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balances will be cancelled. Deposited funds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be withheld during investigations into suspicious activity.

11Privacy & LGPD

The 11ccc handles users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD) and other applicable regulations. Our data collection, use, storage, and sharing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

In short, 11ccc collects and uses personal data for:

• User account creation and management;
• Identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering compliance;
• Financial transaction processing;
• Account-related communications, promotions, and platform updates (with the option to unsubscribe at any time);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

Users have the right to access, correct, port, or request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting support or emailing contato@11ccc.net, subject to the retention periods required by law.

12Responsible Gambling

The 11ccc believes that sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment — not sources of income. The platform provides the following tools to support responsible gambling:

• Deposit limit: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss limit per period;
• Session controls: set a maximum playing time per session;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account and request inclusion on restriction lists.

Users who opt for self-exclusion will not be able to create new accounts on the platform during the exclusion period. 11ccc implements technical measures to prevent access by self-excluded users.

13Limitation of Liability

The 11ccc is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform — betting is a risk activity and outcomes are uncertain;
• Internet connection failures or outages on the user's end;
• Delays or failures caused by third parties (banks, payment processors, internet service providers);
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

The total liability of 11ccc to the user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and 11ccc does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

14Changes to the Terms

The 11ccc may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable legislation, or market practices. Significant changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via the registered email address or a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the new terms take effect.

The date of the most recent update to this document is always shown at the top of this page. It is the user's responsibility to check periodically for any updates.

15Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the betting market in Brazil.

For the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms or from use of the platform 11ccc, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the exclusive venue, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

Before pursuing legal action, the user agrees to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting 11ccc via the platform chat or by email at contato@11ccc.net, allowing a reasonable timeframe for a response and administrative resolution.
